Look out, because a new North Beach craze has hit San Clemente: Ellie’s Table’s quiches! We are now baking up four fresh, ridiculously delicious quiches from scratch every day:

Ham Quiche with Ham & Gruyere

Bacon Quiche with Bacon, Onions, Mushrooms, Spinach, Jack & Cheddar Cheese

Vegetarian Quiche with Roasted Red Peppers, Caramelized Red Onions, Jalapeno, Spinach, & Shiitake Mushrooms

Chile Relleno Quiche with classic Chile Relleno & Bacon

Our quiches emphasize the best in traditional Quiche Lorraine recipes, while also offering reinventions on the classic dish. And, because our chefs have replaced wheat flour with rice flour, all four of our quiches are gluten-free. We daresay the change makes them even tastier than the original preparation! Light, buttery, flaky crusts surrounding a hearty and flavor-packed filling—what could be better?
